Quickly & securely dock your boat, jet-ski or PWC
Fits securely through the front eyelet ring of any PWC, and to connect to the dock / slip cleat, simply pull back the plastic sleeve to expose a larger amount of loop. Then slip the plastic sleeve forward to tighten the connection.
